01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and philwin ("philwin," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the philwin website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the philwin Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by philwin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the philwin Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with philwin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and philwin.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the philwin Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing casino-style online gambling;
• You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform;
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of philwin, or an immediate family member of any such person;
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

philwin takes age verification seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by philwin may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of philwin services, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the philwin Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your philwin login credentials, including your username and password;
• All activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you;
• Notifying philwin immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

philwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. philwin staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the philwin Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). philwin supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at philwin's discretion.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your philwin account within minutes of successful processing. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. philwin does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied prior to withdrawal;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits, or to a verified account in your name;
• philwin reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal;
• Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes, while bank transfers may take 1-3 business days.

philwin reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending the outcome of an investigation into suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

philwin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in Philippine Peso (PHP) and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts will be specified in the individual promotion terms;
• philwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms;
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged;
• philwin reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse or exploited a promotion in bad faith.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the philwin Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The specific rules governing each game are available within the game interface itself and form part of these Terms by reference.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on philwin's servers, the result recorded on philwin's servers shall be deemed the definitive and binding outcome. philwin's decision on all game-related disputes is final.

philwin reserves the right to void any bet or game round that has been affected by a technical malfunction, software error, or any other event that compromises the integrity of the game. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

Live dealer games are subject to additional rules specific to each game variant. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before participating.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the philwin Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one philwin account;
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to interact with the Platform;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider;
• Money Laundering: Using the philwin Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward philwin staff or other players.

philwin employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in the investigation of suspected illegal activity.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the philwin Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of philwin or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the philwin Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of philwin's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable law.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

philwin is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data are governed by philwin's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering on the philwin Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of your data for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of personalized gaming experiences.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, philwin, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the philwin Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, philwin shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond philwin's reasonable control;
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Platform;
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided on the Platform.

philwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your philwin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendments to Terms

philwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, philwin will endeavor to notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the philwin Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting philwin's customer support team.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Both parties irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

philwin operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
